Tips for Better Search Results
Parcel Number - Typically if you have the
Parcel number of the property this will return the most accurate
report. However, this number is not necessary to find what you are looking
for.
Name - You may enter as much of the
individuals name as you know. If you know the seller or the buyer or just the
last name of either you can enter that.
Street # "From" - This is the beginning
street number of an address if searching for a range of addresses. If you're
looking for multiple records on a street you can enter the range. If you want
info for a specific address enter the number here and in the "Street # To"
field as well (i.e. searching for the business at 123 Any St, you would enter
123 in this field).
Street # "To" - This is the ending street
number of an address if searching for a range of addresses. If you're looking
for multiple records on a street you can enter the range. If you want info for
a specific address enter the number here and in the "Street # To" field as well
(i.e. searching for the business at 123 Any St, you would enter 123 in this
field).
Street Name - This is the actual street name
only not the number. If you know the name of the street enter it here for a
narrow search. If you entered a name and it is a common name or subject has
multiple properties and you're trying to find out info on a specific property
enter the street name here.
City - If you know the city you can enter it
here. Leaving it blank may produce a broader range of results depending on what
other info you entered.
County - If you know the county you can
enter it here. Leaving it blank may produce a broader range of results
depending on what other info you entered.
